EAC Real Estate Innovations
About EAC

As the name implies, EAC is a co-operative of real estate agents that was formed in Sydney in 1960 to exchange information about properties for sale. It is similar to other real estate co-operatives around the world.

The Estate Agents Co-operative (EAC) is the largest independent real estate organisation in Australia.

From humble beginnings, when EAC comprised of just seven members, the co-operative has grown to a membership of more than 500 member offices across New South Wales. Today, it includes local suburban offices and franchisees from all the major franchise groups.

EAC is best known in the property market place for the Multilist service, launched in 1981, where information about properties for sale are "multilisted" by EAC member agencies throughout a local area.

In recent years EAC has evoloved as a premium service provider to the real estate and property industry and we now provide a range of solutions to over 1,400 Real Estate offices, Valuation businesses and government departments throughout Australia.

Today EAC is a dynamic, technology based industry leader offering a wide range of products and services that meet the needs of todays real estate and property professional allowing them to provide a more professional and higher level of service to consumers.
